This website is operated by Solveig Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Solveig Ltd and, where applicable, Mittsu Building Materials Trading L.L.C, Dubai, UAE.
Solveig Ltd currently operates this website and contracts with customers. Mittsu Building Materials Trading L.L.C is being introduced as part of a transition of operations and may become the contracting entity for future transactions. The applicable contracting entity will be stated on the quotation, proforma invoice, or invoice.
Solveig Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site.
You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
You must not transmit any malicious code or interfere with the operation of the website.
SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
All products are subject to availability.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for guidance only and may vary from the final product.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.
SECTION 4 – PRICES
All prices are subject to change without notice prior to contract formation.
Prices exclude VAT, shipping, duties, and other applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
SECTION 5 – PAYMENT AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Orders constitute an offer to purchase.
A contract is formed only when payment has been received in cleared funds and confirmed by invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to contract formation.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING COSTS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Shipping and logistics costs are based on rates available at the date of quotation or invoice.
Due to factors outside our control, including fuel costs, shipping routes, port access, geopolitical events, and carrier pricing, such costs may change.
Where shipping or logistics costs increase by more than 25%, the increase will be passed on to the Buyer.
SECTION 7 – DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time for delivery is not of the essence.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping disruption, port congestion, routing changes, customs processes, or carrier issues.
Delivery is kerbside unless agreed otherwise. You are responsible for unloading and handling the Goods.
Goods may be delivered in instalments.
SECTION 8 – NATURAL VARIATION
Tiles vary in size, shade, texture, and finish between samples and production.
This variation is inherent in the manufacturing process and does not constitute a defect.
SECTION 9 – INSPECTION AND CLAIMS
Goods must be inspected on delivery.
Claims for damage or shortage must be made in writing with supporting images within 24 hours.
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
Claims outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
SECTION 10 – RETURNS
Returns are not accepted for unwanted, surplus, or incorrectly ordered goods.
Any return requires prior written approval and is at our sole discretion.
SECTION 11 – CANCELLATION
Orders may not be cancelled without written agreement.
Approved cancellations may incur a minimum charge of 35% plus any costs incurred.
SECTION 12 – LIABILITY
Our liability is limited, at our option, to replacement of goods or refund of the price paid.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, delay costs, or third-party claims.
We are not responsible for installation issues, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
SECTION 13 – FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our control, including war, trade restrictions, supply chain disruption, or shipping delays.
SECTION 14 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We are not responsible for third-party tools, services, or external websites linked from this site.
SECTION 15 – PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 16 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders where necessary.

SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW
Where the contracting entity is Solveig Ltd, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Where the contracting entity is Mittsu Building Materials Trading L.L.C, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes shall be subject to the courts of Dubai.
SECTION 19 – CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
