An Enclosed Ceramic Interior

Yohen is carried across the three walls of the dining booth, creating a continuous enclosure rather than a single decorative panel. The narrow vertical tile establishes a fine rhythm across the corners while allowing the room to remain visually cohesive.

The Dark Blue Mix contains significant tonal movement. Individual pieces shift from saturated blue to near-black, with warmer notes becoming visible where the glaze catches the table light.

Material and Atmosphere

Quality Caviar operates as both a specialist shop and a place for guided tastings. Within this compact dining setting, the glazed ceramic surface gives the space depth without relying on applied pattern or ornament.

The contrast between cool tile, clear glass and warm leather seating is carefully controlled. Light provides the connection: reflections pass across the glaze and glassware, changing the character of the room over the course of a sitting.

Surface Character

The variation within Yohen is formed through glazing and firing. Across a large installation, these differences prevent the repeated module from appearing mechanically uniform. At close range, each tile retains its own trace of the ceramic process; from the table, those individual pieces combine into a continuous field.
