What should I consider for a kitchen splashback?

Confirm product suitability, substrate, heat exposure, cleaning requirements, edge details and sealing where applicable. The installer should follow the product and adhesive-system guidance.

Are textured tiles difficult to clean in a kitchen?

Relief surfaces require more attention than flat tiles. Select the texture with the cooking location and maintenance expectations in mind, and follow the product cleaning guidance.

Can tiles be installed behind a hob or cooker?

Often yes, but the complete installation must account for the appliance manufacturer's clearances, heat, substrate and adhesive system. Confirm the product and project conditions before installation.

Why order samples before finalising the kitchen?

Glaze and colour respond to daylight, task lighting and nearby materials. A physical sample makes it easier to coordinate the complete palette and joint colour.
